The Building: A four-story brownstone with hardwood floors and high ceilings. This is a classic Park Slope style brownstone with its beautiful original moldings, doors and fixtures. Fantastic landlady and handyman live on the ground and 1st floor.
Location: A beautiful tree-lined block in prime Park Slope on 3rd St between 7th & 8th Ave. Just 2 blocks from Prospect Park, and close to the Brooklyn Public Library, Park Slope Food Co-op and Prospect Park Farmers Market. Laundromat, post office, hardware shop and restaurants are all within a 2 block radius.
Transport: F and G trains are just a few blocks down on 7th and 8th Ave. A bit farther towards Flatbush you will find the Q, B and 2,3 trains.
The Housemates: We are all quiet, kind and considerate.
