Spacious, light-filled, furnished one bedroom in north Park Slope. Perfect for WFH or to have a private space to come back to at the end of the day. I am moving to Australia for a year or two for work and want to find a responsible sublessee.

The apartment is on the top floor of a historic brownstone on a quiet, tree-lined street in a prime location. 4 blocks from Barclays and 15 minutes from Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park. Between 4th and 5th Ave with tons of restaurants, services and shopping.

The living room (15' x 12') has south-facing windows and gets lots of light. The bedroom (10' x 12') looks out over gardens and is very quiet with room-darkening curtains. It has a queen bed and 8 month-old natural latex mattress (think memory foam, but more supportive). There is a small office space (6' x 8') off the living room with a south-facing window. The bathroom is spacious with a full tub and skylight. Large, fully-equipped kitchen with lots of counter space.

There are two AC units that can be installed in the summer.

$2300 OBO. I'm looking for the right person who will take care of the place. Heat and hot water included. Internet, gas and electric usually come to $100 - $120. Sorry, no pets.
