To be transparent, the bedroom is on the smaller side — it fits a full- sized bed, dresser or desk, and other small furniture. It’s a comfortable and competent space, but not a large one. It has a window facing a tree-lined, quiet street. It also has a ceiling fan and AC window unit. There is also a full-sized closet. The bedroom will likely come unfurnished, but let’s talk. The apartment also features in-unit washer and dryer, a microwave, and a dishwasher!

The apartment's location is unmatched! The N, Q, R, B, D,2,3,4,5 all stop across the street (at Barclays) and the G and C have stops a few blocks away.

Your roommates would be 2 women and 1 man in their late 20s and early 30s working full-time jobs. They are all very chill, respectful, tidy, and busy. You would be sharing one of the 2 full bathrooms with 1 other roommate.

Rent is $1011/month, with first and security required. Utilities are not included but are typically $30-50 a month. Landlady lives in the building and is available when needed.
