New Roommate for New Year

Hello hello everyone!

My roommate moving overseas end of December and I am looking for roommate for 2 bedroom apartment for 2021 January first. The lease will be stay until March 31 /2021 so it's only for 3 months

The room is small but if you want you can bring your bed, full size bed can fit in the room, also medium-sized desk as you can see, your room has a inside closet and it has a lot of space inside, your possible room has fire existing my current roommate is using there for like a balcony sometime,

Neighborhood is really good Nighthawk theater and prospect park 5 min walk away from our place F and G trains (7th Ave station and 15th Street Prospect park station) are also 5 min walk away to home, on 7th Ave (which is next to the our building) there is many bars, restaurants and laundromats on 5th Ave there is also many bars markets banks and gyms are located on there.

I don't mind having couples in a room as long as we respect eachothers in the same building

I work M-F 8 Am to 6 Pm so usually I am not at home between 6 Am to 7Pm, I don't have any pets but I am also pet friendly! I love dogs and cats, birds, I am straight male but also I am open mind, friendly and respectful for all rights.

LGBTQ friendly and I care about BLM

I do not smoke however I don't care, do you smoke or not, I can say I am very cool about most of things and I am open mind person.
I only care about keeping clean and neat our shared areas and I am expecting to do same things from you.

I want to find person who is planning to stay at least 3 months or 1 year there is, no between we have only 2 option unfortunately, because after March we have to sing a new lease or we have to leave
