1br in 3br North Park Slope Apt

Hello :)

Our long-term 3rd roommate is moving out, so we're looking for a new 3rd roommate starting Oct the 15th. We're in a great location on 5th Ave in north Park Slope, 3 blocks from the Atlantic Ave stop of the 2/3/4/5/N/Q/R/B/D trains. This location can't be beat; it's a very easy commute to almost everywhere in Manhattan.

Neighborhood:

5th Avenue is one of the main streets in the neighborhood, with lots of shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. We're just a few blocks from Prospect Park, the library, Fort Greene Park, Whole Foods, a number of gym/yoga/cycling studios, BAM, coffee shops, Barclays Center, a suburban-sized Key Foods, and lots of other great places that are popping up every day. Our corner of Park Slope is walkable to Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, and Carroll Gardens, which are other fun neighborhoods. Laundromat across the street.

Apartment:

The apartment is a spacious 3 bed, 1 bath with a very sunny living room, a small shared office - even with both of us working at home the office with a desk is usually available for use, we both use it sparingly - and a pantry nook off the kitchen (with a dishwasher!). We have two storage closets, which is great for coats, suitcases, cleaning supplies, etc. There is access to the roof with a GREAT view!

Available Room:

The available room has a small window, currently fits a double bed with frame, dresser/shelving unit, and nightstand comfortably and has a ton of closet space. The room is unfurnished and you're more than welcome to paint/make it your own. The rent is $1,250, and utilities (cable w/ DVR, wireless internet, gas, electricity, and shared cleaning supplies) are shared, varying depending on time of year and supply needs.

Roommates:

We are 2 females in our twenties and thirties, looking for another non-smoking female. We get along great, and are looking for a roommate who will be considerate, clean, kind, and interested in staying long term. One of us works in production, and the other works in finance and theater. When we're both home, we like hanging out watching tv together and maintain a friendly, comfortable environment.
