I do not drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes but I am smoker friendly. I don't have a problem if you drink or smoke although the building is smoke and pet-free. I enjoy the tranquility of the apartment and love spending time cooking, listening to music, and watching movies. I like having the apartment clean and orderly but am not overly obsessive with keeping it so.
