Spacious living room also with hardwood floors and chandelier, shared kitchen and bathroom, and thermostat for central heat. Utilities not included. The landlord and his family live downstairs and available immediately to fix things when needed and takes good care of the building.

The neighborhood: Safe area on the border of Park Slope/ Gowanus. One block away from prime Park Slope restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. 300 feet from F, G and R subway lines, and only two stops away from Barclays Center (Target, Best Buy, Uniqlo and more) and D, N, B, G 2,3,4,5 and LIRR trains. Landromat on the corner, NYSports club, YMCA, Prospect Park, post office, CVS, Chase Bank. About 5 blocks from Whole Foods [street blocks, not avenue blocks :)], and one block from a C-Town supermarket, CVS, Rite Aid, and a ton of shops, bars, and restaurants along 5t Ave. Prospect Park is also just a short 5 block walk away.
