We are currently considering responsible candidates to sublet our lovely open-plan garden apartment in Bed Stuy. The common area is shared with another space in the basement that I sometimes stay in, but I am very rarely there since I spend most of my time out of the city. Fully private bedroom and bathroom, plus there's a small office off the garden.

Location is close to the J, C and L trains. The building is on a quiet block with a little park across the street and an active block association. There’s a cool bar on the corner, and a generally good vibe in the neighborhood.

It is important that you take good care of the apartment and keep it clean. Small pets are welcome. Your share of the utilities is $300/mo.
