The larger room of my 2 bed in Stuyvesant heights is available October 1. It’s a large, sunny room with two windows facing the backyard, making it quiet and peaceful. There is a closet in the room as well as many outlets. Can come with a gently used AC purchased new this summer. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and do not share walls. The apartment is the top floor of a brownstone on a quiet street. The landlord lives on the first floor and is quick to respond to any needs.

Transportation: 7 min walk to the C, 10 min walk to the J, 14 min walk to the A. B47 is 1 min away and B26 is a 3 min walk away. 30 min to lower Manhattan.

About me: I’m a jeweler in my late 20s and also work in hospitality. I work all the time and when I’m home I just like to decompress by cooking a nice meal or reading in my room. I have a small 4 year old female cat who is very social and I’m very open to having one other cat in the apartment. I’ll have the occasional friend over or game night but I mostly just use the apartment as a place to rest and recharge. Not a big drinker and I never smoke in the house. I tidy up after myself and like to keep the apartment clean but am not overly precious about it.

I’m looking for someone kind, respectful, and mature. We don’t need to be best friends but I’d like to feel comfortable chatting occasionally about our days. But ultimately if you’re clean, communicative, and responsible, that works for me!
