I'm moving out of my bedroom at 886 Madison Street and need someone to take over my part of the lease. We are currently halfway through a 2 year lease, so there's a little under 1 year left on the lease. The lease started on September 1, 2025 and ends on August 31, 2027. It's the largest room in the apartment and gets a ton of sunlight, with tall windows. It faces the private patio and shared, furnished backyard. It's closest to the router, so it gets the best signal in the apartment and I will leave the ethernet cable I used to play online games at the highest speeds. Very quiet at night! Apartment already has a lot of kitchen equipment. Lovely roommates too; no complaints at all. They're really good people.
