Private room + private bathroom + private balcony

Subletting my room in our third-floor Ocean Hill apartment while I'm abroad for the year.

The room has its own bathroom and its own balcony — neither is shared, which is rare for the price around here. It can come furnished or unfurnished, whichever suits you.

Three of us live here plus one cat. We're all women, we work, and the apartment is generally quiet. We keep a cleaning schedule for the common areas, and everyone actually sticks to it — that's the main thing we care about in a new roommate, along with being friendly and easy to live with. Not a party house, but not a place where people avoid each other either.

One thing to know up front: this is a formal sublet, so whoever takes the room signs a sublease agreement and applies for the room with our landlord. It's a simple process and I'll walk you through it.
