A male in his thirties and his cat are looking for a roommate to move into the back bedroom of a two-bedroom apartment.

J train is one block away. Approximately 10 minute walk to L and C trains.

Bodega across the street. Grocery store around the corner. Solid pizza and deli a block away. An even better grocery store three blocks away.

Looking for someone laid-back, easy-going, drama-free, etc., preferably with an aversion to hosting, except for maybe the occasional dinner party or something. The cat loves people, so ideally you'd love cats in return (fair warning, he's a pretty chatty little guy).

About me: Love movies, reading, listening to music, watching sports. Usually just chilling in my room when home. Used to work in Film/TV, but fell out of that line following the SAG/WGA strikes - probably get back into it at some point. Currently work in craft coffee/beer shops. I've been in the apartment for nearly 11 years and have a good relationship with the landlord.
