Hi everyone! I'm looking for a roommate to join my sunny 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Bed-Stuy starting July 1.

I'm a 31-year-old Latina woman working in tech. I'm friendly, social, and community-oriented, but I also value a calm, comfortable home environment. I work full-time and keep a busy schedule, so I'm often out and about during the week. I love having a home that feels peaceful, clean, and easy to come back to after a long day.

Ideally, you're:
A full-time working professional with stable income
Hybrid or in-office most days
Clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces
Communicative and emotionally mature
Independent with your own social life, hobbies, and routine outside of the apartment
Looking for a peaceful, low-drama living situation

Rent: $1,550/month + utilities - First month and security required to move in

Unfortunately, no couples, no pets and no smoking in the apartment preferred.
