I'm moving and looking for someone to take over my furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on the border of Bed-Stuy and Bushwick. The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from the Gates Ave J/Z station.

The Room:
Furnished with a queen bed, table, and TV
Private door leading directly to the apartment's roof terrace
Available starting June 15, 2026 (or July 1 if preferred)

4th-floor walk-up
Dishwasher
Central A/C; In living room and each bedroom
Virtual doorman
Laundry in the basement
Built-in ceiling sound system in the living room
Shared with 3 roommates total (one bedroom is occupied by a couple)

Lease & Costs:
Rent: $1,350/month
Utilities (gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi): typically around $100/month
May be slightly higher during summer due to A/C use and lower during winter
Lease runs through June 30, 2027
One month's security deposit required and returned after move-out inspection
June rent can be prorated based on your move-in date
