This large, very private, modern bedroom is located on the parlor level of a two story brownstone apartment (parlor and 1st floor) and has its own entrance from the street and to the backyard, It has a private half bath on the parlor level and a shared full bath on the main floor. There is also studio space on the lower level and laundry but no other bedrooms. The room has a very large walk in closet and comes with a queen sized bed (if you like) and shelves already installed. It also has an additional private 100 sf space adjacent to the bedroom that would work well as an office or flex area. On the main floor you will find a large, modern full bath, a furnished living room and modern kitchen in a bright, open floor plan concept.
I am a young at heart middle aged artist, music lover, art teacher. I live on the main floor with my 17 year old son and our 2 dogs, and I will share the large open studio space on the parlor level. If you are an artist or musician, I am also seeking 1 or 2 other artists to share the large studio space downstairs if you are interested, although the bedroom has its own adjacent flex space suitable for office, studio, fitness, storage etc.
