Two small rooms are going to become available in our unit on July 1st. We're located 5 minutes away from the Ralph Ave C. Close to many good restaurants and bars. We're looking for okay credit and proof of income, since you'll need to apply with the leasing office.

Small-medium dogs and cats will be considered. For cats, a covered litter box and daily cleaning is a requirement.
