The room.

Hello!

We are looking for a new roommate to sign a lease on June 1st! The room is 1,100$, with access to an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, one bathroom, and central air. The room itself has a closet and shelves if you wish to keep them. Utilities (internet, electric, gas) are reasonable and average about 130ish a person. There is a security deposit of 1,000$.

We are two women in our mid-twenties, working in the entertainment and service industries. We keep the apartment clean, are often busy and out of the house, but are very communicative over text! The home is very queer-friendly, and unfortunately, due to allergies, we are not pet-friendly. We are on the third floor of a walk-up with no one above us. We love our nearby coffee shop, and going to the gym. Ideally, we’re looking for another female roommate with a steady job!

We are located between the Ralph Ave C and Halsey skip-stop J, with easy access to the A train, with a quick walk to the Utica station. The neighborhood is lovely and very residential, with an adorable coffee shop down the block and a park around the corner. A short ten-minute walk away, there is a well-stocked supermarket, a Walgreens, and a gym. We’ve lived here three years.
