Beautiful duplex apartment with a street-level bedroom available. The room has a private entrance and private bathroom, which makes it feel very separate from the rest of the home. The apartment also includes a shared backyard and roof access, and the main house is fully furnished with a living room, kitchen, and dining area.

The home is quiet, comfortable, and well kept. I work a lot and value a calm, respectful environment — it’s a peaceful place to come home to.

There are two friendly cats in the house. They’re affectionate but can easily be kept out of your room if you prefer.
