hey! i’m looking for someone to take over my lease for my room in bushwick. it’s a lease transfer in an all-woman household, and the space itself is a beautiful, large, super sunny loft-style room in a pre-war apartment with lots of character and charm. the ceilings are high, the light pours in during the day, and it really feels airy and peaceful.
