2 Bedrooms available in cozy duplex!

My roommate and I are currently looking for 2 lovely souls to replace our other 2 roommates who are leaving at the end of our lease(3/31). Ideally, we are looking for people who are very down to earth, friendly, and enjoy a creative environment!

Things about us:
My roommate and I both work in the service industry so we typically work afternoons and nights/weekends. We are also both into music production and physical art ( i. e painting, illustrating etc). From time to time we do hang out with each other and occasionally host gatherings for our friends or family. Currently, we both have 1 cat each so we are not looking to add another fur baby into the mix.

About the Apt:
We are located on the 2nd floor. This unit is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. ( All of the rooms in the apartment are exactly the same size and build). The building also has access to a gym on the top floor, a laundromat on the basement level, and a mailroom on the ground floor.
