I am renting a room in my apartment available now, for 800 + utilities and bills for only one person, no couples. It is my partner and I in one room and our roommate that is a male in another. We have a cat in the apartment, therefore we are not looking for someone with a pet. We all live a very quiet and busy life and just want to relax when at our apartment.
