This space is truly massive. There is a lot of potential for many ways to divide the space into a living area, dining area, and even two separate king-sized bedrooms. It can come partly furnished if you’d like (full-sized bed, couch, mini-fridge, etc). There is also a backyard that is great for entertaining (has outdoor furniture and grill)! There is a set of stairs going to the first floor (where our family lives) with shared laundry and kitchen.

*Note: as you might be able to tell from the pictures, work is currently wrapping up downstairs. Everything will be deep-cleaned by move-in, and we will add more pictures when everything is complete

About us:

My husband is a clinical social worker who works from home. I currently am a stay at home mom for our two boys (ages 1 and 3). I’m also in medical school and will be returning full-time in the spring. The first floor has a large living room, a dining area, large kitchen, and two bedrooms (to give you an idea of how large the basement is!). The kitchen (see pics) will be shared, but we’d like to note it’s exceptionally big and was designed by the previous tenant who was a chef.

We’re open to anyone interested of course, but imagine that this space would be great for a small family- possibly a couple with a young child(ren). It could also be great for anyone interested in some occasional / part-time work helping us with our two boys!
