We are two late 30s guys in a long term relationship. Both of us work a majority of the days Mondays through Fridays and Saturday. I work as a personal trainer while my partner works as a wine shop owner. We are generally very quiet and would like a third roommate who also appreciates a more relaxed environment. Generally we are very easy going and do our best to keep our apartment clean and well kept.

We have two cats that can get along with another animal (small dog or another cat). We aren't looking to have more than three animals in this apartment.
