Subletting a cozy 1-bedroom/studio in Brooklyn! It has lots of space to make for a comfortable and quiet home.
Move in day: December 15th or 16th.

Length of stay: short term (2 months, until February 26th, 2026) sublease. OR you can sign a completely new one year lease with the landlord starting in December!

Price: Only $2,100 per month + Utilities (electricity and gas) (for me it has been ~180-300 per month depending).

Large, bright, and spacious 1-bedroom apartment for 1-2 people in Ocean Hill, Brooklyn (4 min walk to the J, 9 min walk to the C).

Two large windows with large windowsills at the front of the unit show views of the street (the unit is only one flight up from the ground floor). The front room has tall ceilings and can be closed off from the rest of the apartment with two large glass French doors! Towards the back of the space you get a living space, kitchen, then bathroom. Also a nice amount of closet space!

The unit has nice appliances and a built-in air system that will circulate a fan or hot air with a thermostat!

Full size storage bed, chests of drawers, AC/fan/hot air unit, shelves, small washer/spin dry unit, TV stand, and more are all available for purchase at negotiable prices.

There are several of laundromat options within a 5 minute walk, and a Pioneer grocery store down the street.

Proof of income etc. required prior to sublease agreement.
