Room in a 3-bedroom apartment for sublet in a 2-storey house in Brooklyn's Ocean Hill (Bed-Stuy).

I’m 46, male, working remotely in advertising and filmmaking. The other roommate is a 26 years old female who works in healthcare. We've been living together in this space for 2+ years with a third roommate who's moving out in May.

Cleanliness is a must. You will be required to participate in cleaning chores of the shared spaces based on a rotation schedule.

The room is unfurnished.

The apartment has two super friendly and social cats. They have access to all shared space.
