850$ room for rent

I’ve been living with my brother for the past four years, but he recently moved back to our family home due to our father’s health issues. His room is now available, so I’m looking for someone to rent it.

The room shown in the pictures is the private bedroom available for rent. I’m a full-time working person and I usually sleep in the living room, where I also spend most of my time watching TV, eating, etc. The other bedroom has been sitting empty, so I’d rather have a roommate.

You’re welcome to use the living room whenever I’m awake not sleeping

The kitchen is separate from the bedrooms.

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet area, with a large Russian and Jewish community. The Q train is about a 5-minute walk away, and the M train is also within walking distance, which makes transportation very convenient. there is laundry in the apartment building

I’m looking for someone who:

* Has a steady full-time job
* Is clean, respectful, and responsible
* Does not smoke weed inside the apartment
* Cigarette smoking is okay in your own room
* Does not play loud music or have loud phone conversations, especially after 8 PM
* Is considerate of the other person and the shared living space

I’m pretty easygoing and just looking for someone respectful and responsible who wants a comfortable and peaceful place to live.
