Cozy Room in BK - 4 min walk to station

I’m looking for someone to move into an unfurnished room in a cozy and well-kept apartment located between 12th St and Avenue K, Brooklyn, starting the first week of June.

The room is unfurnished, except for the closet, so it’s a great opportunity to make the space your own. The apartment has comfortable shared areas, a shared bathroom, good natural light, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Rent is $1,250/month + utilities. Utilities are approximately $100 per person during the summer months.

This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly home, and I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, respectful, and easygoing, someone who values a peaceful and considerate living environment.

I work in advertising with a hybrid schedule and go to the office 2 or 3 times per week, for the rest I try to keep myself busy with other activities. I like reading, walking around the city, crossfit, going to the movies, board games and definitely like adventure and travels.
