Roommate wanted for lease assignment in Midwood

Hi! Looking to find a tenant(s) to replace me on a lease in our beautiful Midwood apartment. I am relocating and am looking for someone for a lease assignment, lease ends late August. 40x/rent and 720+ credit score required, guarantors accepted. Flexible move in preferably by the end of May. The apartment itself is gorgeous 2 floors total, well maintained, and furnished.
The apartment contains:
Huge master bedroom
1.5 baths
backyard
private garage and driveway
W/D in unit
huge kitchen and island
dishwasher
multiple common closet spaces
and is an 8 min walk to the B/Q and King's Highway grocery stores. The master bedroom has a bed frame, desk, futon, dresser, and nightstand, huge closet and storage, and if you would like the furniture removed that can of course be arranged. Please note that the photos are past listing photos, and the furniture is currently different but mimics the setup. Roommates are in their 20's and quiet and respectful. I will update pics soon!
