Hello New Yorkers a room is upcoming for sublease in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom starting 1 February 2026
The room is in midwood on the q & b train line towards Coney Island. The train station close by are Avenue H & Newkirk ave .

the room offered has 2 windows & pretty decent medium sized room with storage. Can fit in a full bed (room will come unfurnished).

Bathroom is shared with me & the kitchen & living room is shared with the rest of the roomies .laundry , transport ,grocery shop all 5/10 mins walk from the apartment

A bit about me. i am Eduardo 35 year old queer individual working in medical field & works Monday to Friday & sometimes weekends .

Another roomie is fatima she’s 22 & works as a school teacher Monday to Friday day times .
We are both preety chill & like to mind our own business & not opposed to some small get together & chat about life & in general .

Someone’s chill & not bringing the party home would be ideal match for the household . Having a stable job is highly recommended.
Nonsmoking or drugs allowed in the house .
Bills are included
we all clean after ourselves & take charge cleaning the bathroom & common areas from time to time.
Communication is highly encouraged to get things done in this household
