I am looking for another woman to sublet the open room of my two bedroom apartment in Midwood, Brooklyn, for at minimum the two months of August 1st to September 30th, with the option to stay longer (the current lease ends September 30th).

It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood, on the first floor, and includes a renovated kitchen and bathroom, dishwasher, and big closet. Plenty of sunlight and a nice big radiator that heats up very well in the winter, as well as an air conditioner ready to go. The B9, B6, and B49 are all within 2 minute walking distance, and the Q train is a ten minute walk (Avenue J station). Avenue M grocery stores, laundromats, and shopping is a 5 minute walk. 35 minute subway ride into Manhattan!
