Currently have 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom private house unit! for $850 a month. Looking for a Nov 1st - 15th move in.
The neighborhood is extremely safe and around the corner from the famous difara pizzeria and the Q train. On cold mornings you have a 2 min walk to your train station takes about 20 minutes to get into the city.
Current roommates are between 25-30, I live down stairs and my floor age is from 28-33. We are a pretty fun and chill household with a variety of artists and corporate types also haha.

moving out early is flexible as long as you give 30 days notice and help find a suitable replacement you will be given your security deposit back!
First month and security deposit needed total of $1,700 no hidden fees or anything.
Proof of income necessary and two forms of ID necessary
