The available bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and a table/desk. Rent is $1,800 per month or $700 per week, plus electricity. References are required. A security deposit equal to two times the rent is required and will be fully refunded at move-out, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
