Greetings! I have a room available for immediate move in. This apartment is close to the B, Q,F, G lines at Beverley and Church. Washer Dryer IN UNIT, and control of the heat in the winter. I am looking to re-sign my lease so long term roommate preferred. Close to bars and shops on Cortelyou, and a great quiet neighborhood to call home.

I (40 M) am a professional game master mostly working from home running games online when I'm not traveling to castles or conventions. There's a great community of board game nerds around here, so plenty of opportunity for game nights if you're into that. I have an amazing little black cat who is a snuggly sleepy head who lives here as well.

Rent is $1,200/month + utilities (electric/gas/internet). $1,200 deposit to hold room and happy to prorate rent for whatever date you move in.
