I have a large, unfurnished room with ample storage space available in a spacious two-bedroom apartment. The apartment features a shared bathroom, living room, and a large eat-in kitchen, located on the second floor of an owner-occupied, two-family home in Kensington, Brooklyn.

I am seeking a clean, responsible, and considerate roommate who values a respectful, peaceful, and pleasant living environment. I work as a professional in ecological horticulture and start my workdays early. In my free time, I enjoy art and culture.

The house is located in a residential area just a 5-minute walk from the F/G Church Ave station. Grocery stores, a 24-hour laundromat, and restaurants are within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Prospect Park is a 15-minute walk away, and beautiful Green-Wood Cemetery is right across the street.
