Seeking Tidy Roommate for Cute 2 BR Apt

Looking for a friendly, considerate, and tidy roommate to share this beautiful 3rd floor apartment with!

Ideal candidate is friendly, a good communicator, takes responsibility for cleaning up after themselves and doesn't need to be asked to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and would enjoy being friends with their roommate. Maybe someone who likes feeling like part of a team.

For example: actively pursues or is open to conversations to get to know each other + conversations to stay generally up to date with what's going on in each other's lives; maybe watching an impromptu show or movie together when schedules allow or when we're both too lazy/tired to make plans to go out. Takes out the trash and recycling when it's full, proactively makes a chore chart / proposes a system to share responsibilities, keeps in touch about rent payments as the 1st of the month approaches.

Less than / not ideal: someone who mostly keeps to themselves / holes up their room, needs to be asked to clean up after themselves, socially / energetically spent from other activities and does not have bandwidth to engage with housemate on a social or practical level.

About me: currently working as an EMT part-time while finishing up my (hopefully) last semester of physician assistant pre-reqs so I can apply and get into a NYC-based PA program this upcoming cycle. I identify as progressive, queer-lite®, & neurodivergent (ADHD), and would welcome roommates like me and different from me. I like music but also need peace and quiet.

My room: I live on the front side of the apartment facing the street. My room has access to the balcony. During waking hours when I'm not busy working in my room, I'm happy to share access to the balcony.
