Spacious Room w/exposed Brick Wall & Private Bath

I am seeking a roommate to rent a large, sunny, exposed brick bedroom with a private 1/2 bathroom en suite in my 2BR Kensington/Prospect Park South apartment. Full size bed, 2x nightstands, small desk and lamps are furnished in the room. Heat, Hot Water, Gas and High Speed Internet included in the rent. Electric is additional and split 50/50 each month. Newly renovated and has a Washer & Dryer in Unit! Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with our shared space (full bathroom and open floor plan kitchen/living room) in between providing lots of privacy. I am a 41yr old creative professional deeply immersed in NYC's adhoc art scene, queer and seeking other queer or queer friendly folks to share my space. I listed female preferred, but open to queer/gay males/non binary as well. I am outgoing, friendly, no drama minded and tidy. I am seeking someone who is open to a friendly, open communication home. I am happy to socialize during down time and also respectful of personal time. I would love someone here with the same approach.

I have a basset hound mix dog. He's a sweetheart and basically my shadow. When I am not home, he stays in my room. He's pictured in this listing. :)

Easy walk to G, F, Q and B Church Ave Trains. 20min express bus to Manhattan! 10min walk to Prospect Park and a 30min bike ride (or train) to Coney Island! Lots of local fresh, independent grocers/markets as well as bars/restaurants. I have lived here since 2017 and LOVE my apartment and neighborhood. Happy to give tips.
