What I’m looking for in a roommate:
-Clean (No dirty dishes left in the sink, shared chores such as sweeping, etc.)
-Open Communication (Let's talk about problems rather than let them build)
-Takes COVID-19 seriously
-Quiet/Respectful
About me:
I love being outdoors and I adore animals. I’m vegan - you don’t have to be as long as you respect that I am. Before the pandemic (and to be continued after) I regularly did blues/fusion partner dancing. I’m currently finishing a bachelor's degree online while also working full-time. I’m very friendly and would enjoy hanging out with my roommate but it’s not required!
Currently $1,000/mo + utilities($60-100); if lease renews higher (I highly doubt it) we'll split the increase.
