Looking for someone to fill my third bedroom. The neighborhood is really quiet and the F train is right around the corner, about a 25 min. Ride into downtown, Manhattan.
This place is huge, with all new floors, wall paint, windows, and electrical. My available room is not furnished, so you would need your own furniture! I do have a seven-year-old son who is with me half time, and he is super sweet and chill and respectful. :)
We also have two tiny cats named Zucchini and Basil.
I will be working during the week and out and about most of the time during the weekends, except for May-July when I?ll be studying for the bar out of the home or later on at the table. I love cooking, planting, and candles!
