Security deposit is not rent. Fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no damages, and upon giving 30 days notice..

Close to Donkin Donuts, and major fast food operators, Local Restaurants, pharmacies, Laundromats, Bodegas and Supermarkets. One block from centennial Highland Park and Highland Reservoir. 5 mins to J/Z train Norwood stop. 30 mins to Financial District.

Looking for responsible, very clean and respectful roommate, fully employed. Proof of income required.

The other roommates are very nice, sane people, working adults with positive life outlooks.
