5 mins to Norwood Ave Stop J/Z train lines. 20 minutes to Sutphin Blvd Air Train JFK Airport. 10 min walk to C line Shepherd Ave Stop. 30 mins to FIDI.

Short walk to all the convenient commercial spaces like laundromats, Restaurants, supermarkets, Donkin Donut and shoppings.

The House:

Edwardian era Brooklyn house. 2nd Floor. 4 bed/ 1 Bathroom Apartment, shared common areas.

Spiritually peaceful environment. Wake up to the sound of birds and nature from the windows which lead to leafy green neighboring backyards.

Requirements:
Available for single ocupancy.

Please note that stays shorter than 6 months have a different price.

$970 deposit required. Security deposit is NOT rent. It is fully refundable if there are no damages and upon giving 30 days notice.

Background check required.

3 other sane really nice roommates. Meat/Paleo eaters. All active workers/students with schedules outside the house, Looking for similar type so it is a good roommate match.
