Hi there! My roommate and I are looking to fill a recently vacated room in our 3 BR/2 full bathroom APT. We're located in Greenwood Heights (between Park Slope and Sunset Park), laundry and grocery across the street, bars/restaurants/parks nearby, landlord on site (and pretty terrific). Utilities range from $50-75, so the whole package usually winds up being $1k or less (depends on electric and who's running A/C units during the hot months of summer). We are two professionals who are also artists (a musician and an actor/speech coach). We've been here a couple of years and really love living here.
