The current lease term ends March 14, 2027, with an option to renew afterward subject to management approval and renewal terms. Renewal length, rent and any later renewals are determined by management, not guaranteed here.

Asking $10,300 per month unfurnished for the whole apartment during the current term, not individual rooms. A furnished option is available for $10,900 per month ($600 extra) through March 14, 2027. The photos show the furnished setup.

The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows with East River and Manhattan skyline views, a private balcony, an open kitchen with island, and an in-unit washer/dryer. No pets.

The furnished option ends March 14, 2027. After that, the apartment is offered unfurnished unless the incoming tenant purchases the furniture. The furniture can be purchased at a material discount, with the items and price agreed separately.

This is a lease takeover (assignment), not a sublease. The incoming tenant must apply, qualify and receive management approval, and assume the current lease terms. The advertised pricing and optional furnished arrangement are proposed and subject to management approval.
