Cozy Greenpoint Bedroom Available Nov 1

We are two roommates living in Greenpoint looking for a third roommate (we are looking for just one roommate) to move in Nov for 2-3 months to start. We will be only looking for a woman in her early 30's with a full time job that DOES NOT work from home. Our apartment is 3 bedrooms. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a nice sized kitchen and dining room. There is one bathroom that is shared. We live half a block away from the Greenpoint Ave G train. There are many laundromats within a few blocks of the building. Our shared space is often clean with little to no dishes in the sink and tidy. We are a quiet bunch at home and will be looking for someone who shares our vision for a quiet space. There's no smoking in the apartment and we would prefer a roommate that doesn't bring the party home. We like to surf, travel, design and make food in our free time.

Although we love pets, the building does not allow them, so NO PETS. Rent is 1,350 without utilities. Deposit is 1,350. Usually around $50/month

The room is cozy and comfortable with one window. It will be non furnished. The living room and kitchen will stay as is and the ideal candidate is minimal and will not bring in more stuff to add to the common spaces. We take turns on cleaning the apartment, so it is expected to do cleaning or hire a cleaning service when it is your turn to clean. A clean apartment is very important to us.
