Looking to fill the last room for a 1 year lease with an October first move in!

It’s a four bed, one bath in a two unit building in north Greenpoint. We’re between the Greenpoint Avenue G stop and the Vernon-Jackson 7 stop and there’s a deli and grocery store right outside. We’re between 28 and 26, queer, and work in serving/bartending and retail. Preferably nobody who works from home and no pets.

The room is $1225 plus utilities which usually work out to around $50/each monthly after wifi. It’s a great price for the neighborhood and the living room is being fresh painted as I type this (getting a TV too).
