King-Size Room in Greenpoint Duplex

Hi! We’re looking for a new roommate to join our spacious 6-bedroom, 2-bath duplex in Greenpoint.

The available room is a large king-size bedroom for $1,525/month. It comes with a semi-private bathroom that is shared with only one other roommate.

The apartment has 5 current roommates: 2 women and 3 men. Everyone is friendly, responsible, and respectful, and some of the roommates have been living here for 5 years. It’s a very established household with a relaxed atmosphere.

Most of us have busy schedules and generally keep to ourselves, so this isn’t a party house. Everyone is friendly when we see each other, but we also really respect each other’s space and privacy. We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe: responsible, clean, considerate, and easy to live with.

There is also a cat who has lived in the apartment for 4 years. He’s extremely sweet and friendly and everyone loves him, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate any additional pets.
