Looking for someone to take my furnished room in Greenpoint for November + December while I'm away.

The room is normally $1,950/month, but I'm offering it at a discounted $1,500/month ($3,000 total) for someone who can commit to the full two months.

Room includes: furnished bed with under-bed storage that will be cleared, small desk + chair, shelving, rug, AC + heat, backyard-facing window, plus additional closet space will be cleared for hanging clothes.

Shared kitchen + bathroom with one female roommate. The bedroom is fully furnished; the main living/dining area will be minimally furnished and is in the process of being updated.

Dates: Nov 1–Dec 31
Total: $3,000 ($1,500/month, discounted from $1,950)

Payment: Full two-month payment upfront before move-in

Looking for a clean, respectful woman, ideally late 20s/30s, who can commit to the full two months.
