Bedroom with closet in exceptional Greenpoint Apt

Available is one bedroom in a beautiful two bedroom apartment. The place is very clean, quiet, well kept and a 3 minute walk to the subway (Nassau stop on the G line).

The room has a closet and can come with basic furniture if needed (air mattress, chair, small table etc.) Also included is a personal living space to set up a desk, reading chair, sofa, etc. that is adjacent to the room in the oversized kitchen which is a shared space.

I'm looking for someone also clean and quiet, with a schedule (sorry no WFH). Landlord requires proof of income or guarantor and background check. To move I will need in cash first and last month's rent (deposit).

I work part time and am currently enrolled in a graduate architecture program. I'm very busy, don't cook much and keep the place clean.
