It's just a 13-minute walk to Vital BK, the only climbing gym in the entire Williamsburg/Greenpoint area, and only a 5-minute walk to the nearest gym. Located on an exceptionally quiet and serene street, there are no bars nearby and no restaurants directly below, so you won’t have to worry about noise or pests.
The area is also free from strange or loud passersby, making it very safe.

9-minute walk to Nassau Ave (G train), 15-minute walk to Graham Ave (L train). Numerous bus routes nearby make getting around Manhattan, Queens, or other parts of Brooklyn extremely convenient.

The available bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling sliding window, and since the other bedroom doesn't have sliding windows, you'll essentially have exclusive access to the entire spacious balcony. The bedroom faces south and gets excellent natural light. Featuring a large closet with smart space division. Please see the floor plan for the exact dimensions. This is unusually spacious for Brooklyn apartments.

Through the leaves, you can catch glimpses of Manhattan’s midtown skyline, offering a tranquil urban retreat. The living room comes fully furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and a large TV ready to use. The kitchen includes an induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and ample storage.
Notably, the stove sits right next to one of the large windows, so there’s no issue with cooking fumes lingering after meals.
In-unit laundry and drying facilities are provided. Both the living room and bedrooms each have split AC units—an incredibly rare setup in Brooklyn!
The bathroom is shared between two people and features a large bathtub with glass sliding doors and plenty of storage space.
The rooftop terrace is stunning! Just check out the photos! It's spacious and beautiful, facing west with no tall buildings blocking the view, offering an unobstructed panoramic vista of stunning sunsets. You can enjoy the sunset all alone or invite friends over to hang out at the patio.

👩 Roommate
You'll share the apartment with a female graduate from NYU, currently employed and mostly wfh. She's clean, quiet, easygoing, and respectful, truly a wonderful roommate.
