About the living situation:

It would be me + you + my 5 year old tuxedo cat Saké 🐈‍⬛, who is obviously the actual landlord.

I am 34 years old and work in catering and event management and have been in the apartment for about a year and a half. I love the arts, music, exploring the city, and spending time at the gym.

I’m looking for someone 27–38, professionally employed, financially stable, clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally hybrid or primarily in-office — this is definitely more of a home to come back to and decompress than a WFH-heavy apartment.

No smoking, no parties, and not looking for a couple. Having friends/guests over occasionally is totally fine — just looking for someone who also values a peaceful, low-key home. Would love to live with someone who was looking to be friends as well but not a necessity.
