Two very special rooms available in a two-story, sun-drenched duplex apartment in North Greenpoint, a block away from the river in the best part of the neighborhood. One room is the size of a studio — essentially an apartment in itself — and the other is smaller but has a walk-in closet and a private deck the size of a backyard!

Move-in date for the smaller room is October 1st; the larger room is flexible and could be sooner.

You’ll be sharing with three great people: a French woman who works in eyewear fashion, a French man who works in tech, and an American man who works in arts and nonprofits. All are low-key, respectful, and friendly.

The unit comes with two bathrooms, a large fridge, and a washer/dryer in-unit, plus lots of outdoor space. The place is a real gem.
